For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
Pricing
Prices of services and other charges are displayed on the price list. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Methods of Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards ($10 minimum charge for credit card payments). Personal checks are not accepted.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. They are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
We are not liable to redeem any gift certificates presented after the expiry date.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive the full time of your scheduled treatment.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time while being charged the full price, in consideration of our next guest.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24-hour notice.
Service Satisfaction
We have a no-refund policy on services completed at our salon. Refunds or credits will not be offered if you change your mind.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately. We will fix it to meet your expectations.
No complaints will be accepted after you have left the salon.
Child Safety
Children are only permitted in the spa area when receiving a service.
For safety and insurance liability, children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult and remain in the lobby.
You are liable for any damages caused by your children in the salon.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, including clothing and accessories.
Health Issues
Please inform us of any current injury, illness, or medical condition prior to receiving any services.
This allows us to determine whether a service can be performed safely. We are not liable for any harm caused if such information is not disclosed before the service begins.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
